We also offer a package of practical and interactive modules tailored to the individual needs of young people. ETC offers fun personal development to young people at various stages of their journey.

The Education and Training team has undergone quite a bit of change from the start of the year, updating and improving different aspects of what we do. From the addition of new activities in modules to updating quality assurance procedures, all while putting high quality and engaging module deliveries at the forefront of what we do.
We’re taking this time of the year to focus on making sure the content we bring to deliveries is up to date, addresses the needs of those we engage with, and is delivered to the highest possible standards. All of our modules are being reviewed and updated before being rolled out in the coming months and we want to take this opportunity to give a massive thanks to everyone who has taken part in the process!
Alongside developing our modules, the Education and Training team has begun developing the next steps in upskilling our new and existing tutor workforce. Over the next few months selected Tutors will undergo two days of training before being deployed across Scotland to deliver our SCQF accredited modules.
The Education and Training team is growing too! After welcoming Education and Training Manager Shabaz Khan and Education and Training Administrator Emily Brenner, new additions will join our team in July. After a highly competitive recruitment process, we are pleased to have appointed a full-time Education and Training Tutor, as well as strengthened our Freelance Tutor workforce.
