From Monday 7th June, SSF CEO Kirsty McNab will be off to complete her maternity leave, returning on 3rd September. The very wonderful Head of Operations, Sarah Furniss, steps up into the CEO role during this time. Naturally we then have some internal backfilling, with Sean Brady covering Head of Operations, Alistair Neil remaining as interim Regional Manager for Glasgow, and Sean Davidson continues as Youth Development Coordinator for our SSF Young Leaders. We wish Kirsty well for her summer off with baby Alfie and everyone involved in the backfilling success in their roles.
"I am really excited to be back from paternity leave and look forward to supporting the organisation in the Head of Operations role!It has been great to catch up on all of the work going on, especially as restrictions have eased, allowing more face-to-face delivery and the positive impact this is having on our young people and families. The team has worked exceptionally hard to adapt to new conditions and I am looking forward to further supporting them over the next few months. "
Sean Brady, Interim Head of Operations
