Free wellbeing and physical activity programme, supporting children, young people, and their families. The programme is targeted at families who would benefit from building their confidence around health and wellbeing, and how they can apply this in their everyday life.
The programme addresses topics such as: portion size, fussy eating, label reading and social media.
To equip the families with the knowledge, skills and confidence to make a difference to both physical and emotional wellbeing. We have an all inclusive approach helping families who may be struggling with weight, confidence and activity levels.
Programmes are delivered in Glasgow and South Lanarkshire, twice a week over 10-12 weeks, to young people aged 8-13 years and their families.
Food will be provided at each session.
